I paved the path love, I know what it feels like to be disconnected from your body. I knew there was more, I wanted to make love with life. But I also felt a tension in my body that I couldn’t pinpoint or release. Don’t get me wrong: I was successful in every area of my life. The man, the job, the family, the friends, there was little to complain about.
And yet, it felt like I wasn’t fully alive. For years, I carried this feeling with me. It wasn’t until I turned 38 that I finally opened up completely. I felt a profound connection to myself, my body, and life itself. Energy flowed through me, and I felt whole, feminine, and free.
That moment changed everything. It was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, and since then, that connection has only deepened.
