Tantric Meditation Inner Smile

We are often not so nice to ourselves.

This meditation gives you a perfect moment during your day to, instead of frowning at yourself, send a smile to yourself.
This simple strong meditation comes from Taoist grandmaster Mantak Chia and you can do it throughout the day.
You go, very simply, pass all the pieces of your body and imagine looking at them with a smile.
You are, as it were, sending a smile to yourself.
You can do this by doing a short body scan: work from top to bottom and give all the pieces of your body a smile. Or by feeling which part of you really needs a sweet smile. In doing this, try to really smile.
It might feel strange at first, but after a while your brain won't know the difference anymore and you will be flooded with feel good vibes! You literally re-programming your brain with Good Vibes!
